The Rawfood Meetup Group will April 28, 2011, @Rachel's house on First Street, Independence, KS. 

Times for the 2 meetups are: 11:30 until 12:30 and 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM.  Call 620-331-7482 for reservations and details.  Everyone should bring a "raw" item or dish for 5 or 6 people.  If a recipe, please bring a small card with directions on it for preparation. Guests welcome!  Zyme EXCITED!

  This month we will be exchanging plants.  Find extra sprouts in your yard for this.  No purchases, just come to receive if you don't have any to trade!
